1. Return window and eligibility

Our return window is 30 days after delivery. Contact us within that period to request a return for an eligible item.

To qualify, the item must be unworn or unused, in the same condition in which it arrived, with its original packaging and any supplied tags. A receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase is required. Please request approval before sending anything back.

2. Custom bracelets and other exclusions

Custom or personalized bracelets are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This includes bracelets made using your selected combination of beach sand, cord colors, knot, or other custom options.

Sale items and gift cards are also excluded from change-of-mind returns. These exclusions do not prevent us from addressing a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and do not remove any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

3. How to request a return

  1. Email support@thebeachlet.com within the return window. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason.
  2. Wait for our team to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. If a return is approved, we will provide the shipping label and instructions described in the approval.
  3. Pack the item securely and follow the approved instructions. Keep the tracking information or proof of shipment.

Do not send a return to an address on the original parcel unless our team has confirmed that address for your return. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Return shipping and charges

For an approved change-of-mind return, return shipping costs are deducted from the refund. We will explain the applicable return shipping charge in the approval instructions. Providing a label does not mean that return postage is free.

For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us first so we can review the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution and shipping instructions. Different terms may apply where required by law.

5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Check your order when it arrives. If something is wrong, contact support@thebeachlet.com promptly with the order number, details of the problem, and relevant photos of the item and packaging.

Keep the item and packaging until we respond. We will review the issue and explain the available resolution, which may include a replacement, a return, or a refund depending on the circumstances and your applicable rights. This process also applies to custom bracelets.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer a separate automatic exchange process. For an eligible item, request and complete an approved return, then place a new order for the replacement you want. Availability and pricing are determined when the new order is placed.

7. Refund processing

We will notify you after an approved return has been received and inspected and tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, subject to any applicable deductions explained in the return approval.

Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post a refund after it is issued. If a refund has not appeared after the provider's stated processing time, contact the provider and support@thebeachlet.com with your order number.

8. Changes, cancellations, and legal rights

Contact support@thebeachlet.com as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. A change or cancellation is not guaranteed after preparation or custom production begins. If we cannot ship within a promised window, the cancellation and refund options in our Shipping Policy apply.

This policy is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase. It does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, including any applicable rights relating to faulty goods or distance purchases.
